Despite the compelling nature of the maritime environment in which we live and work, numerous and varying circumstances provide great challenges for the maritime industry which must be overcome in order to sustain competitive ocean transport, maritime defence and exploitation of resources. Whilst these challenges are considerable, the opportunities presented must be pursued and met so as to sustain our way of life. To provide scope for registrants to make the best use of their time at the Pacific 2012 International Maritime Conference, the organisers have arranged the timetable to enable delegates to visit the exhibition.

The International Maritime Conference will have approximately 80 papers arranged in two streams of parallel sessions so as to give registrants a wide choice of papers.

Registrants to the Pacific 2012 International Maritime Conference will be issued with the Proceedings of the conference in CD-Rom format at the Registration Desk.
